Continually prompts for registration

This app pompts me for registration EVERY time I launch it, even though Ive clicked the "DO NOT REGISTER" button SEVERAL TIMES. I downloaded this in the app store, I dont feel the need to give out any more personal information. I DONT WANT TO REGISTER, thats why I clicked the "DO NOT REGISTER" button!
Other than that annyoance and having to babysit the program when all I want to do is un-zip a file, the program does its job effectivly.
